What is an affiliate smart link?

A smart link is one tracking URL that sits in front of several offers. When someone clicks it, the platform chooses which offer to send them to, based on the routing algorithm and rules you configure.

Which routing algorithms does AffClix support?

Four: Weighted (traffic split by the weights you set), Priority (the highest-priority campaign first), Rotation (equal round-robin) and Performance (more traffic to better-converting campaigns).

Do affiliates need a new link when I change offers?

No. You change the campaigns, weights or rules behind the smart link; the URL your affiliates published stays the same.

How many campaigns does a smart link need?

At least two child campaigns. Smart links themselves are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Are smart link conversions reported separately?

Yes. Each click and conversion is recorded against the child campaign that received it, so payouts, caps and reports work per offer.
