Switching trackers is the boring part. We will do it.

Most teams know within a week that their tracking platform is the wrong one. They stay for another two years because moving offers, affiliates, postbacks and reporting history sounds like a month of work. It is about 48 hours, and it is our work, not yours.

The real objection

You are not staying because it is good

When we ask people why they have not moved, nobody says the product is better. They say one of these five things. Here is what each one actually involves.

What you are picturing

  • Re-creating every offer and payout rule by hand, one screen at a time.
  • Emailing hundreds of affiliates to tell them their links have changed.
  • Asking every advertiser to update the postback they set up two years ago.
  • Losing the reporting history you need for reconciliation and disputes.
  • A week of broken tracking while you find out what you missed.

What actually happens

  • We export and import them. You review a list, you do not retype anything.
  • Existing links keep working. Your tracking domain moves with you.
  • We map the postbacks and hand them back for your approval before anything changes.
  • Historical clicks, conversions and payouts are imported and queryable.
  • Both platforms run side by side for a week. You cut over when the numbers agree.
How it works

Five steps, and you own the go/no-go

There is no point in the process where you are committed before you have seen your own numbers match on both platforms. If they do not match, we do not cut over.

1

A 30-minute audit call

We look at your current setup together and tell you honestly whether switching is worth it for you.

2

We import everything

Offers, affiliates, payout terms and historical stats — moved by us, not by you.

3

Postbacks and macros mapped

We rebuild your postback URLs and traffic-source macros and hand them back for approval.

4

A week running both in parallel

Both platforms live at once, numbers compared side by side. You switch only when they match.

5

Cutover and 30 days of support

Tracking domain moves across, and a named person stays with you for the first month.

What comes across

Exactly what moves, and who moves it

The honest version, including the two things that need you. Nothing on this list is billed.

Affiliates and advertisersWe doAccounts, payout terms and approval status. Passwords are reset, never migrated.
Tracking linksWe doRebuilt on your own tracking domain, so links already in the wild keep resolving.
Postbacks and macrosWe map, you approveBoth directions: what you send to advertisers and what your traffic sources send you.
Historical clicks and conversionsWe doImported into reporting. How far back depends on what your current platform will export.
Payout and invoice historyWe doEnough to reconcile open balances and settle anything in dispute.
Tracking domain DNSYou do, we guideA single DNS record at your registrar. We cannot change your DNS for you.
Advertiser-side postback updatesYou do, we draftWhere an advertiser hosts the postback, only they can change it. We write the request for you to send.
Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

What does the migration cost?

Nothing. There is no setup fee and no professional-services charge, and you also get three months of your plan free. We are paid when you stay past that, which is the only incentive that makes us careful during the migration.

Is 48 hours realistic?

For a normal account, yes — that is working time after the audit call, not calendar time from first contact. A large account, an unusual integration, or a platform with a slow export process takes longer, and we will tell you which one you are on the audit call rather than after you have committed.

Will my affiliates have to do anything?

No, if you bring your tracking domain across, which is what we recommend. Links already published keep resolving. Affiliates get new logins for the portal, and we can send those on your behalf or leave it to you.

What if the numbers do not match during the parallel run?

Then we do not cut over. That is the point of running both. Small differences are usually a deduplication or attribution-window setting, and we tune it until we can explain every gap. If we cannot, you stay where you are and you have lost nothing.

Can I get my data back out if I leave?

Yes. Full export of campaigns, partners, clicks, conversions and payouts, on request, in a standard format. We would rather be the platform people stay with than the platform people cannot leave.

Which platforms have you migrated from?

The common ones in this space: Trackier, HasOffers and Tune, Offer18, Affise, Everflow, Cake, Voluum, plus in-house trackers. If yours is not on that list, the audit call will tell us quickly whether its export is workable.

Start with the audit, not the commitment

Thirty minutes on a call, looking at your current setup. At the end of it we will tell you whether switching is worth it for you — including when the answer is no.
