Welcome to AffClix

Explore step-by-step guides covering campaign setup, S2S tracking, landing pages, and performance optimization. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced marketer, this documentation helps you execute campaigns efficiently and maximize ROI.

Before you start — Make sure you have created at least one Advertiser before creating a campaign. Every campaign must be linked to an advertiser account.

Affiliate Management

Affiliates (publishers) are the traffic partners in your network. AffClix gives you full control over onboarding, link generation, payout settings, and performance visibility.

Advertiser Management

Advertisers own the campaigns and pay commissions. Use these guides to create advertiser profiles, assign campaigns, and manage billing relationships.

Bulk Import

AffClix supports CSV-based bulk imports for all major entities. Use these guides to upload large datasets for account managers, advertisers, affiliates, campaigns, and conversion records in one operation.

SMTP Configuration

Connect AffClix to your email provider to send automated notifications, payout receipts, and publisher approval emails. Supported providers:

Postback Settings

Postback settings let you control which events trigger conversions to publishers, keeping attribution accurate and costs efficient. For example, in a CPI campaign with Install and Transaction events, you can fire postbacks only for completed transactions.

Important — Incorrect postback configuration can lead to revenue loss or incorrect attribution. Always test using the Link Tester before going live.

Campaign Postback URL

Use this URL format to fire a postback on campaign-level conversion events:

URL
https://ly.affclix.com/pb?d=9999&c=9999&e={eventID}&click_id={tID}

Advertiser Postback URL

Use this URL to fire a postback on advertiser-level conversion events:

URL
https://ly.affclix.com/pb?d=9999&click_id={tID}

Server-to-Server (S2S) PHP Example

PHP
$click_id = $_GET['aff_click_id']; // stored at click time
$url      = "https://ly.affclix.com/pb";
$params   = http_build_query([
    'click_id' => $click_id,
    'payout'   => 48.50,
    'currency' => 'USD',
    'goal'     => 'purchase',
]);
file_get_contents($url . '?' . $params);
Best Practice — Always test postback URLs using the Link Tester before pushing to production.
