Agency partner program

Your clients see your brand. Not ours.

Performance agencies end up running tracking for every client they take on. Doing that on one shared account is a mess, and doing it on a separate subscription per client is expensive. The partner program is the third option.

The agency problem

Neither of the usual options works

Agencies tend to arrive having already tried one of these, and it is usually the reason they are looking.

One account, every client in it

  • Client A can see client B in the same workspace.
  • One set of tracking domains for competing brands.
  • Offboarding a client means untangling their data from everyone else's.
  • No way to hand a client their own login without handing over everything.

A separate subscription per client

  • Full retail price on every account, however small the client.
  • Billing spread across a dozen invoices and cards.
  • No consolidated view of what you are running.
  • The vendor is named on every screen your client opens.
What partners get

Built for running other people's programs

Partner pricing

A standing discount across every workspace you run, so the margin between what you pay and what you bill the client is yours. The rate depends on volume and is agreed on the call.

Full white label

Your brand, your domain, your logo on the portals your clients and their affiliates log into. Our name does not appear on a white-labelled workspace.

A separate workspace per client

Real separation, not folders. Each client gets their own tracking domain, their own affiliates, their own reporting, and no visibility of anyone else.

One relationship, one invoice

Every workspace on a single agreement and a single monthly invoice, rather than a card charge per client.

Migration for the clients you bring

The same free migration service applies to each client account you move across, not just your first one.

A named person, not a queue

Partner support goes to someone who knows your account. When a client escalation lands on you at 6pm, that matters more than a help centre.

How it works

Four steps to running your first client

No application form and no partner tier to qualify for. It starts with a conversation.

1

A call about your book

How many clients, what they run, and what you are on today. If the program does not suit you, we will say so on this call.

2

Terms and white-label setup

Partner rate agreed, your branding and domains configured, and your own workspace set up first so you can learn it before a client sees it.

3

Your first client, migrated by us

Pick the client with the messiest setup. We migrate it while you watch, so you know exactly what the process looks like for the rest.

4

You run the rest

New workspaces are yours to create on demand. We are there for escalations and for migrations you would rather not do yourself.

Straight answers

What agencies ask before signing

What is the partner discount?

It scales with how many workspaces you run, and it is agreed on the call rather than published. We would rather quote you against your actual book than publish a rate card that is wrong for most people who read it.

Do my clients know Affclix is behind it?

Not on a white-labelled workspace. Your brand and your domain are what they see, on both the client portal and the affiliate portal their partners use. Attribution to us only appears on workspaces that are not white-labelled.

What happens if a client leaves the agency?

Their workspace can be transferred to them on their own subscription, with their data intact, or closed and exported. Either way it is a normal operation, not a data-extraction project.

Can I set my own prices to clients?

Yes. You are buying at partner rates and billing your clients on whatever commercial terms you set. We have no relationship with your client and we do not contact them.

Do you compete with us for our clients?

No. Partner-owned workspaces are not marketed to, and your clients are not in our outreach. An agency that has to defend its clients from its own vendor does not stay a partner for long.

How small is too small to be worth it?

Below about three client accounts, straightforward subscriptions are usually simpler and cheaper for you than a partner agreement. We will tell you that on the call rather than sign you up to something you do not need yet.

Start with the numbers on your own book

Tell us how many clients you run and what you pay for tracking today. If the partner program does not beat that, it is a short call and you have lost twenty minutes.
