How do I contact AffClix support?
Email [email protected] or use the form on this page and choose Technical Support as the inquiry type. If you already have an account, include your AffClix subdomain so we can find your workspace without a second round of email.
What support is included with my plan?
Basic and Launch include email support, and Growth and above get priority support. Scale and Network add a dedicated account manager, and Enterprise includes dedicated 24/7 support. Every plan comes with an onboarding session.
How do I book a demo of AffClix?
Pick a time on the book-a-demo page and you get a Google Meet invite straight away. Bring your current setup, such as your tracker, your MMP or store platform and your payout models, and the walkthrough will cover your own workflows rather than a generic tour.
Can AffClix help me migrate from another affiliate tracker?
Yes. Choose Platform Migration on the form or read the migration page first. We help you import affiliates, advertisers and offers and plan the order in which tracking links and postbacks are switched, so partners can keep sending traffic while you move.
I am an affiliate. Who do I contact about a missing conversion or payout?
Contact the affiliate manager of the network or brand whose offer you promote. They run their program on AffClix and set the payout terms, approve conversions and send payments. AffClix provides the software but does not hold or pay out their commissions.
Can I request an integration that is not listed?
Yes. Send the platform name and what you need from it, for example conversions in, spend reports in or conversions out. In the meantime, any platform that can fire a server-to-server postback can already report conversions to AffClix.
