Connecting AppTrove

  1. Add the app in AffClixEnter your AppTrove API key and set a postback secret for the integration.
  2. Configure the postback in AppTroveSend install and event postbacks to your AffClix endpoint, passing the affiliate click ID.
  3. Every postback is verifiedAffClix checks the HMAC-SHA256 signature of the body against your secret before recording it.
  4. Attribute, dedupe, payThe conversion is joined to the affiliate click, duplicates are dropped and it pays on the campaign's CPI or CPE rate.

How does AffClix verify AppTrove postbacks?

Each postback is signed with HMAC-SHA256 over its body using your secret. AffClix recomputes the signature and rejects anything that does not match.

Does AppTrove's fraud detection reach AffClix?

Yes. The fraud flag and reason on the postback are carried onto the conversion so it can be held or rejected before an affiliate is paid.

Can affiliates be paid in INR?

Yes. Each affiliate's payout method can carry its own currency, and UPI is one of the payout rails.

Do I need to replace AppTrove?

No. AppTrove remains your attribution source; AffClix handles affiliate crediting and payouts.
